Location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms feel a bit dated, and the bathroom setup is cramped. Available amenities like bicycle rental are a plus. Parking is tight and can be tricky, so plan ahead. Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Upon arrival, we upgraded to a partial ocean view at a fraction of the cost. The view was nothing short of breathtaking. Although the hotel's decor is a bit dated, it remains well-kept. Connecting rooms were a bonus for family travel. Location is ideal-one block from the beach and close to shops. The breakfast, while standard, could be better; it lacked variety and was more basic than expected. The room was comfortable but had quirks-like a broken coffee maker and bathroom lighting issues. Continual upgrades are evident, but improvements in bathroom fixtures would enhance the experience. Still, a pleasant stay overall.

I loved how close I was to Waikiki Beach, just a 2-minute walk away, and so many amazing spots like the Honolulu Zoo only a bit more than a kilometer away and Cheeseburger in Paradise just a few steps down the street made my weekend strolls so enjoyable; the staff were super friendly and helpful, particularly Denise who went above and beyond to upgrade me when I faced wifi issues during a crucial class; the hotel offered nice amenities, like evening movies and a good breakfast, but the rooms could use some updates to really match the great experience here.

The air conditioning in our room was a lifesaver, especially after coming back from the beach under the hot sun. we wished there were better tea and coffee facilities in the room as we are avid tea drinkers and the limited supply was disappointing. The sitting area in our room was cozy and provided a nice space to relax after a long day of exploring. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, soaking in the views and fresh air. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience for staying connected. On the downside, we noticed some areas that could be improved. The carpeted floor in our room seemed a bit worn out and could use a refresh. the housekeeping service was not as thorough as we would have liked, as we found some items left untouched during our stay. the amenities like the flat-screen TV and the AM/FM alarm clock added to our comfort. We appreciated the option for car hire and laundry services, although we did not make use of them during our stay. The staff at the reception were helpful in providing information on tours and ticket assistance, which we found useful for planning our outings.

we had a comfortable stay at Waikiki Resort. the room size and beds were perfect, and it wasn't noisy. the location in the middle of Waikiki was convenient, close to the beach and amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was well-maintained and clean, and housekeeping did a great job. we also appreciated the free tasty coffee and the availability of water downstairs.
